JSC “Internetiniai projektai” provides GetIshop service (“Service”). By signing up for the Service, you are agreeing with the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). JSC “Internetiniai projektai” reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to the GetIshop.com website. We recommend to you regularly check the Terms of Service for any updates or changes that may impact you.

General terms

  1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service for any reason, without notice at any time.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  3. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an ”as is“ and ”as available“ basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory.
  4. JSC “Internetiniai projektai” does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Your account & password

  1. You must be at least 18 years old.
  2. You must provide your full legal name, phone number, a valid email address, other billing information and any other information needed to provide Service.
  3. You must to maintain and update this information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
  4. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. JSC “Internetiniai projektai” cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password.
  5. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Content

  1. You are responsible and retain ownership over all content (data, graphics, photos, links) that is uploaded under your GetIshop account.
  2. You agree to allow others to view your Content.
  3. You can not upload and maintain into your store Content which:
    • is false, inaccurate or misleading;
    • is fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items;
    • infringe or misappropriate any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
    • violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;
    • is defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or harassing, or advocating, promoting or providing assistance involving violence, significant risk of death or injury, or other unlawful activities;
    • is obscene or contain child pornography;
    • contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information;

  4. We reserve the right to remove Content and Accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
  5. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by JSC “Internetiniai projektai”.
  6. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the GetIshop service. All material you upload remains yours. You can remove your GetIshop store at any time by deleting your account. This will also remove all content you have stored on the Service.
  7. JSC “Internetiniai projektai” does not pre-screen Content and it is in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available via the Service.

Fees

  1. The Service will be charged for the monthly subscription fee, which depends on your chosen plan. Plans & Pricing are available in GetIshop.com site (direct link: http://getishop.com/en/plans-and-pricing/). We reserve the right to modify plans pricing.
  2. The service will be billed in 30 day intervals. When your billing period is over GetIshop users will be sent an invoice via email. Users have approximately two weeks to pay a bill.
  3. We does not provide refunds.

Cancellation and Termination

  1. You may cancel your account at anytime by emailing info@GetIshop.com.
  2. Once your account is cancelled all of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service.
  3. JSC “Internetiniai projektai” reserve the right to terminate or cancel your account if we will not receive payment during Paying period or violate these Terms of Service.
